Key Responsibilities

Finance & Planning

• Build and own monthly financial reports (P&L, cash flow, balance sheet) across camps.
• Turn last season’s numbers into a forecast model for 2026–2028.
• Track revenue per guest, occupancy, average margin per camp, and operational efficiency.
• Maintain multi-currency control (EUR, IDR, etc.) as Amigos expands.
• Create cost breakdowns by department (Kitchen, Activities, Accommodation, etc.) with clear limits.
• Coordinate with the existing tax accountant for compliance, but take ownership of strategy and planning.

Operations & Systems

• Build and document internal systems: expense reporting, payroll, and budgeting tools for team leads.
• Introduce simple, scalable dashboards (Google Sheets, Notion, or Airtable) for real-time decision-making.
• Design SOPs for financial processes — no more bottlenecks.
• Support expansion by modeling unit economics for each new camp.

Leadership

• Be the bridge between creative leadership (Artur and team) and financial reality.
• Train department heads to understand their budgets and performance metrics.
• Communicate insights clearly — no jargon, just facts and solutions.

Profile

• Proven background in finance or operations management (hospitality, startups, or multi-location businesses).
• Experience scaling small organizations into multi-site operations.
• Comfortable building systems from scratch — you love clarity and hate inefficiency.
• Emotionally stable and highly organized; thrives in creative chaos.
• Tools: Advanced Excel/Sheets, Notion/Airtable, Xero or similar accounting software.

KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)

• Financial reports and dashboards updated monthly by the 10th.
• Departmental expense reports submitted and reconciled 100% on time.
• Forecast accuracy within ±10% of actuals.
• Profit margin per guest and occupancy improvements quarter by quarter.
• Reduced financial friction (clear process from purchase → tracking → reporting).
