To validate your inscription and to confirm your booking at 'Amigos Surf Camp,' the total amount of the required services must be paid. After you fill in the form on our website, you will receive a confirmation letter with all the bank details. Your booking will be valid, once the required amount has been transferred to our bank account, and you will receive a confirmation e-mail, with the booking details. For payments by credit card, we accept visa and master cards. With the payment, you agree to all the terms and conditions.
All personal details must be filled in as shown on your official travel document. Minimum age is 16 years old. Exceptions can be made (Contact us). The prices and variations of your booking depend on season and availability, in case the weekly price change, the difference must be paid from one or the other side. In case of unexpected situations, 'Amigos surf project' has the rights to make modifications. Modifications will only be made if these not change the essential service, also we take full responsibility if there is an issue from our side. Amigos Surf Project will have all rights of Photos and Videos taken of you during your stay and are only used for publicity or promotional purpose.
Each guest is responsible for the camp equipment during its use. In case of loss or major damage by wrong use, the client has to take full responsibility to replace or covering the cost for each item. Some items may have a special time of use, to not disturb others or for your own safety. This times will be communicated at your arrival. Some equipment should only be used and taken care of like explained by our team such as wetsuits, surfboards… each guest takes full responsibility to follow the instructions.
All equipment should be used with care and respected like it would be your own.
Transfers can be booked within the packages, additional bookings of transfers can be only made till 7 days before arrival. To make the transfers more economical, we will make group pickups. Pick up and drop off times may variate, but should not lead to missed flights, buses, trains etc. Amigos Surf Project will not take responsibility or refund transfers or flights, in any case of unexpected and uncontrollable delays. The price will be paid within the booking and be aware that its always for one way.
The customer has to confirm that they're from a medical and point of view, fit to participate in our Lessons. In any case of health issues that causes complications and or affect your stay should be communicated with us, before arrival.
For medical assistance during your stay at Amigos Surf Project, each client ought to have:
Amigos Surf Camp will not take responsibility or cover the cost of injuries, caused by uncontrollable or unexpected situations.
Amigos Surf Project recommends each client travel insurance, in case of unexpected or uncontrollable situations that lead to cancellations. Cancellations will be valid from the day we receive it, we will refund you 100% of the total amount until two months before your holiday 75% of the total amount until six weeks before your holiday 50% of the total amount four weeks before your holiday Within less than four weeks before your holiday starting, we do not refund. We recommend you to contract travel insurance.
Our transfer services won’t be refunded with cancellations with less than two weeks in advance. Modifications of pick ups and drop off can only be made till 1 week before the arrival, later modifications cannot be guaranteed and may cause extra charges.
Amigos Surf Project does not accept any responsibilities or any refunds in the following circumstances.
We highly recommend having travel insurance in case of damage to any personal items or loss.
Due to anything that happens out of our program time. 11:00 - 7:00 o’clock. When the clients miss following, the regulations and rules of our camp or the campsite. (Details told at arrival day) In case of irresponsible behavior, Amigos Surf project will take necessary steps to prevent any further problems, and can be in worse case scenarios a cancellation of the service.
By paying the services at the camp you automatically accept the previous Terms and Conditions.
