Amigos is a community-driven surf camp for solo travelers who want more than just waves — they want connection, meaning, and the best week of their lives. Our guests are mostly early-to-mid-20s, lots of first-time female travelers, beginner surfers, and people who travel to feel something real.
Job Description
Energy, charisma, and community — that's your daily toolkit. As the Entertainment Manager at Amigos Surf Camp, you're the person who designs the heartbeat of the week. You'll plan, organize, and run all activities and events, working alongside one other entertainment teammate, but with full responsibility for creating smooth schedules, great vibes, and unforgettable moments.
Your Role
You are the bridge between guests and the camp experience. You’ll shape the weekly entertainment plan, keep the atmosphere lively, and make sure every guest feels included and part of the Amigos family. From chill daytime workshops to high-energy evenings, you create the rhythm of the camp.
What You'll Do:
- Plan & Organize all weekly activities — adapting to weather, guest feedback, and the camp's vibe
- Lead Activities & Events: beach games, theme nights, sunset sessions, karaoke, quizzes, workshops, and more
- Welcome New Guests, introduce the team, and help everyone feel instantly at home
- Coordinate With Other Departments to ensure events flow smoothly
- Keep the Atmosphere Alive — spark conversations and create small moments of magic
- Create the Weekly Schedule and prepare all materials & setups

- Meals: Enjoy homemade breakfast, lunch, and a delicious 3-course dinner every single day, prepared by our talented kitchen team. (Wednesday dinner isn’t a 3-course but it is provided for staff)

- Yoga Classes: If the daily yoga session slots aren’t full, you can put your name down and enjoy a free session with our yoga instructor.
- Workshops: The team are more than welcome to join the Surf Theory class, hosted by the surf instructors, and the Nutrition Workshop, hosted by the chefs.
- Time Off: Benefit from one day off per week, aligned with the kitchen team schedule, to explore the surroundings or simply relax and recharge.
