At Amigos, every day is full of stories — sunrise surf sessions, shared meals, yoga flows, campfires, laughter, and friendships that last long after the week ends. We're looking for a Social Host & Content Creator who can capture this magic while helping shape an unforgettable experience for our guests.

A mix of creativity, charisma, and community-building — this role sits at the heart of the camp. You’ll bring people together, document the energy, and help our content library stay full for the entire year.

Your Role

You're both the smile that welcomes guests and the eyes behind the lens. You'll work closely with the Entertainment Manager to create a fun, social, and warm atmosphere — while also capturing daily life through photo, video, and storytelling.

You make guests feel seen, included, and part of something special… and then you show the world what that looks like.

What You'll Do:

Content Creation

• Capture daily life at camp: surf sessions, yoga, meals, events, and special moments
• Create photos and videos for Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms
• Host social events: trivia, sunset gatherings, theme nights, beach games
• Welcome new guests and help them feel part of the Amigos family
• Build high-quality content for Amigos to use throughout the year
• Collaborate with the team to plan content ideas, storytelling moments, and weekly highlights.
  
• Join activities to capture authentic moments — you’re part of the action, not just observing it.

Social Hosting

• Work with the Entertainment Manager to deliver a warm, fun, community-driven guest experience.
  
• Host social events: trivia, sunset gatherings, theme nights, beach games, etc.
  
• Welcome new guests each week and help them feel part of the Amigos family from day one.
  
• Create an inclusive, positive vibe around camp — connecting guests with each other.
  
• Support daily camp routines (dinners, announcements, setups) when needed.
  
• Bring energy, presence, and a people-first attitude to everything you do.
• Assist with guest transfers (6–8 hours): arrivals, departures, check-ins, and coordination.

What You Bring:

• Strong skills in photo, video, and editing (mobile or camera-based).
  
• Experience creating Reels/TikTok-style short-form content.
  
• You know how to tell a story — capturing real emotion and natural moments.
  
• Confident, outgoing, and able to connect with guests easily.
  
• A fun, warm, and social personality that brings people together.
  
• Comfortable being in front of people and behind the camera.
  
• Creative mindset, independence, and a strong sense of responsibility.
  
• Love for surf culture, community, and outdoor life.
