Amigos Surf Project is a vibrant and dynamic surf camp located in the north of Spain. We pride ourselves on creating an immersive vibe and an unforgettable experience for our guests, combining the thrill of surfing with high-quality service and with a welcoming atmosphere.
Amigos is a community-driven surf camp for solo travelers who want more than just waves — they want connection, meaning, and the best week of their lives. Our guests are mostly early-to-mid-20s, lots of first-time female travelers, beginner surfers, and people who travel to feel something real.
Our kitchen is the heart of the camp. We're looking for motivated, friendly team members to ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation, maintain cleanliness, and adhere to safety standards for meals for our guests and staff.
As a Kitchen Helper, you will play a crucial role in the heart of our culinary operations during the evening hours. You'll support the Head Chef and the Sous Chef, helping with meal prep, plating, and keeping everything clean and organized.
What You'll Do:
- Prep ingredients and assist with cooking 3-course dinners (for up to 60 guests)
- Help serve meals and support the front-of-house when needed
- Keep the kitchen tidy, organized, and efficient
- Help with dishwashing and post-service cleanup (no industrial dishwasher!)
What You Bring:
- Interest in cooking and teamwork
- Adaptable, positive, and ready to help wherever needed
- Previous kitchen or hospitality experience is very important
