About Us
Amigos Surf Project is a vibrant and dynamic surf camp located in the north of Spain. We pride ourselves on creating an immersive vibe and an unforgettable experience for our guests, combining the thrill of surfing with high-quality service and with a welcoming atmosphere.
Amigos is a community-driven surf camp for solo travelers who want more than just waves — they want connection, meaning, and the best week of their lives. Our guests are mostly early-to-mid-20s, lots of first-time female travelers, beginner surfers, and people who travel to feel something real.
Amigos Surf Project is all about sharing the joy of surfing and creating unforgettable moments by the ocean. As a Surf Helper, you'll support our surf instructors to ensure every lesson runs smoothly, safely, and with the good vibes we're known for.
What You'll Do:
- Support Surf Instructors during lessons to create a smooth learning experience
- Work With Mixed-Level Groups — guide guests who are slightly more advanced while instructors focus on beginners
- Guest Coordination — help gather surf groups and ensure everyone arrives on time
- Headcounts & Equipment Check before leaving camp
- Lead fun, safe warm-up routines on the beach before each lesson
- Team Support — bring breakfast to the surf team and assist with daily tasks
What You Bring:
- Solid Surfing Skills — several years of experience and confidence in the water
- Positive Energy and a passion for helping people learn to surf
- Team Spirit — reliable, supportive, and ready to work closely with instructors
- Good Communication — able to guide groups and keep everyone organized
