Amigos Surf Project is a vibrant and dynamic surf camp located in the north of Spain. We pride ourselves on creating an immersive vibe and an unforgettable experience for our guests, combining the thrill of surfing with high-quality service and with a welcoming atmosphere.
Amigos is a community-driven surf camp for solo travelers who want more than just waves — they want connection, meaning, and the best week of their lives. Our guests are mostly early-to-mid-20s, lots of first-time female travelers, beginner surfers, and people who travel to feel something real.
Instagram is our heartbeat. Most guests discover us there. We want someone who treats the platform like their personal storytelling playground.
Amigos started with a love for waves and sharing that feeling never gets old. We're looking for certified surf instructors who can teach beginners with patience, positivity, and passion. You'll run surf lessons, theory sessions, and beach safety briefings — helping guests catch their first waves and fall in love with the ocean.
What You'll Do:
- Teach daily surf lessons for beginners and intermediates
- Run surf theory and ocean safety workshops
- Maintain surf gear and storage areas
- Work closely with the team to deliver an unforgettable week
What You Bring:
- ISA Level 1 (minimum) or equivalent certification
- Ocean awareness and first-aid knowledge
- Friendly, patient teaching style
- Team spirit and good humor — both in and out of the water
