Amigos Surf Project is a vibrant and dynamic surf camp located in the north of Spain. We pride ourselves on creating an immersive vibe and an unforgettable experience for our guests, combining the thrill of surfing with high-quality service and with a welcoming atmosphere.
Amigos is a community-driven surf camp for solo travelers who want more than just waves — they want connection, meaning, and the best week of their lives. Our guests are mostly early-to-mid-20s, lots of first-time female travelers, beginner surfers, and people who travel to feel something real.
Our camp thrives on energy, cleanliness, and teamwork. We're looking for a flexible, proactive, and friendly team member to support both the breakfast team and housekeeping. You'll be the "Swiss Army Knife" of the camp, stepping in wherever needed and ensuring everything runs smoothly, including covering team members on their days off.
What You'll Do:
- Work with the morning team to prepare and serve breakfast and lunch
- Keep dining and kitchen areas clean, organized, and welcoming
- Assist housekeeping with tent maintenance, laundry, and cleaning of common areas
- Replenish toiletries, towels, coffee, tea, and guest welcome items
- Lead or assist on Saturday Changeover Day to ensure a fresh and guest-ready camp
- Rotate and cover breaks for other team members
What You Bring:
- Positive, flexible, and friendly attitude
- Teamwork and reliability — able to support multiple areas of the camp
- Experience in kitchen or housekeeping work is a big plus
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lead small teams when needed
- A valid driving license is a plus
